Refund and Returns Policy

At Div Luxe Jewels, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with an easy return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7–14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, tags, certificates, and invoices intact.
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID, invoice, or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry.
  • Earrings and certain accessories due to hygiene reasons.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or marked as β€œFinal Sale.”
  • Damaged products caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care after delivery.

Damaged / Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request quickly:

  • Share clear pictures/videos of the product and packaging with our support team.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • In such cases, return shipping charges will be borne by us.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be informed about the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • Products may be exchanged for a different design, size, or available product, subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange requests must follow the same return process.
  • Exchange products will be delivered within 5–7 business days after approval.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via email or phone with your order details.
  2. Our support team will guide you through the return process.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided by our team.
