Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7–14 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, tags, certificates, and invoices intact.
- Proof of purchase (Order ID, invoice, or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized jewelry.
- Earrings and certain accessories due to hygiene reasons.
- Products purchased during clearance sales or marked as “Final Sale.”
- Damaged products caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care after delivery.
Damaged / Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request quickly:
- Share clear pictures/videos of the product and packaging with our support team.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- In such cases, return shipping charges will be borne by us.
Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be informed about the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
- Products may be exchanged for a different design, size, or available product, subject to stock availability.
- Exchange requests must follow the same return process.
- Exchange products will be delivered within 5–7 business days after approval.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
